Silver Sleigh And Co only lists products that are available for instant delivery, unless specified on the product page as coming soon/pre-order. In most circumstances we will notify you if a product is unavailable before we dispatch all your order. However, in some cases this is not possible, and Silver Sleigh And co may need to cancel part or all of your order. If this is the situation Silver Sleigh And Co will offer you a similar in stock item where possible or issue a refund for the unavailable product.

Prices & Payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal or Afterpay. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your product and is requested in the checkout process.
When shipping to international destinations duties may be imposed by the destination country. We will endeavour to minimise duty charges by correctly labelling the goods, however, we cannot take responsibility if duties are incurred.

Store Credits
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credits are not redeemable for cash. 
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind or incorrect selection, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pre Order Terms & Conditions
In certain circumstances, we will enable pre-order for a product before it’s available and provide an estimated date of arrival. Although all efforts are made to meet the estimated arrival date, factors out of our control may cause delivery dates to change.
As a result, if a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Silver Sleigh And Co are not obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to such delays.
