If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will be ship together.

Estimated Arrival Dates
Estimated arrival dates are Sept to Mid Oct 2026

. Please note these dates are subject to change due to supplier and shipping delays outside our control.

Cancellations
We're unable to cancel pre-orders for change of mind once payment has been made, so please consider your purchase carefully.

You may request a cancellation and full refund if:

  • The estimated arrival date changes significantly and the new date doesn't work for you

  • The product becomes unavailable or is discontinued

  • The product arrives materially different from its description

  • You are otherwise entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law

    If you're using Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4, your payment plan is governed by your provider's own terms and conditions. Selecting a BNPL method does not change your cancellation rights under this policy; please contact your provider directly with any payment queries.
