In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we offer repairs, replacements or refunds for products that do not meet consumer guarantees

We will not provide a refund for where a fault is caused by negligence,misuse or accidental damage.

Please note all damaged products must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.
